Friday Fact: I Am Not Forgotten!

Good Morning! I hope you all had a great week. I pray God continue to bless and highly favor you as you glorify Him. I love Praise and Worship music. That’s where God speaks to me a lot of the time. Some of these songs have so much power because it is inspired by God’s word and when we sing it we are speaking God’s word back to Him. I pray you are blessed today and I pray God’s word minister to you. This is part of a song by Israel, “I Am Not Forgotten”. Also, some scripture tied in. Please feel free to pass this to other. I will leave the link to the song if you want to hear it, amazing song.

I am not forgotten
I am not forgotten
I am not forgotten

God knows my Name
He knows my Name

Light over darkness
Strength over weakness
Joy over sadness

He knows my Name
Father to the fatherless
Friend to the friendless

Hope to the hopless
He knows my name

And I will praise You
And I will praise You, Lord
For I am fearfully and wonderfully made!

That just blesses my soul! I think many times we are the ones who forget who we are in Christ and we feel forgotten. Thank God His word is there to remind us. Now let’s get to the goodies in God’s word.

John 8:12
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 51:11 The ransomed of the LORD will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Psalm 68:5
A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy dwelling.

Proverbs 18:24 A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

1Timothy 4:10 (and for this we labor and strive), that we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, and especially of those who believe.

Psalm 139:14
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Oh, what peace and joy unspeakable is it to know that He loves us. You are not forgotten, God see’s where you are, acknowledge Your maker and trust Him at all times. I want to leave with you a beautiful passage and please take time to embrace that it is God’s word speaking to you. I love you all and pray many blessings over you! Be blessed and be a blessing!

139:1 O Lord, you have searched me and known me!
2 You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
you discern my thoughts from afar.
3 You search out my path and my lying down
and are acquainted with all my ways.
4 Even before a word is on my tongue,
behold, O Lord, you know it altogether.
5 You hem me in, behind and before,
and lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
it is high; I cannot attain
13 For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. [1]
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you,
when I was being made in secret,
intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them,
the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them.

Friday Fact: One In Christ!

Good Morning Everyone! I hope you all had a great week and I pray God continue to bless and highly favor you as you glorify Him in everything. I would love for you all to keep my dear friends in your prayers, Kerry, Billie, Alex and Alli as they recover from a house fire and I’m taking my mom to the eye doctor, she hasn’t been seeing well since her surgery. I would be happy to pray for your needs as well. Please feel free to pass this along. Be blessed!

I think the ladies will relate to the beginning of my story. I was watching t.v with Chris the other night, Discovery Channel of course when this message came to life. It was about the pistol shrimp and the shrimp gobies. Very unique interaction with one another. The pistol shrimp use their front claws to dig through mud, gravel and sand however they have very poor eye-sight so they solicit help from the shrimp gobies. Here is where it gets pretty neat. Below is part of an article from Fosters & Smith.

The Perfect Partnership
As the goby uses the shrimp’s burrow for protection from predators, it also acts as “eyes” for the pistol shrimp. During the day, the goby hovers above the burrow, feeding and interacting with other gobies. Meanwhile, the shrimp uses its antennae to stay in constant contact with the goby’s tail while searching for food (detritus, tiny crustaceans and worms) and maintaining the burrow opening. If a predatory fish approaches, the goby flicks its tail several times, alerting the shrimp to retreat into the burrow. If the predator comes within striking distance, the goby will dart headfirst into the burrow. During the night, the two simply rest together in the burrow.

WOOP WOOP! This brought me to God’s word in 1 Corinthians 12. We need each other! Amen. When we finally grasp this, the enemy is defeated because we are gonna be on it! Imagine working like it talks about in this passage. God wants us to look out for a brothers and sisters, we are one in Christ! He says when one suffers we all suffer, when one is honored we all rejoice. WOOP WOOP! I mean, I’m about to get happy up in here!

12 There is one body. But it has many parts. Even though it has many parts, they make up one body. It is the same with Christ. 13 We were all baptized by one Holy Spirit into one body. It didn’t matter whether we were Jews or Greeks, slaves or free people. We were all given the same Spirit to drink.

14 The body is not made up of just one part. It has many parts. 15 Suppose the foot says, “I am not a hand. So I don’t belong to the body.” It is still part of the body. 16 And suppose the ear says, “I am not an eye. So I don’t belong to the body.” It is still part of the body.

17 If the whole body were an eye, how could it hear? If the whole body were an ear, how could it smell? 18 God has placed each part in the body just as he wanted it to be. 19 If all the parts were the same, how could there be a body? 20 As it is, there are many parts. But there is only one body.

21 The eye can’t say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” The head can’t say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” 22 In fact, it is just the opposite. The parts of the body that seem to be weaker are the ones we can’t do without. 23 The parts that we think are less important we treat with special honor. The private parts aren’t shown. But they are treated with special care. 24The parts that can be shown don’t need special care.

But God has joined together all the parts of the body. And he has given more honor to the parts that didn’t have any. 25 In that way, the parts of the body will not take sides. All of them will take care of each other. 26 If one part suffers, every part suffers with it. If one part is honored, every part shares in its joy. NIV Readers Version

So, here’s today’s fact. I need you and you need me, let’s be one in Christ and be a watchmen, standing with and defending one another. Where there is unity there is anointing, where there is anointing there’s victory in Jesus, where there’s victory in Jesus there’s salvation, deliverance and healing. The anointing breaks the yoke! Unity=Anointing!

Friday Fact – Chosen!

Good Morning. I hope you all had a fantastic week. I pray God continue to bless and highly favor you as you glorify Him. It feels good when after the correction of God’s word, He gently affirms who we are. Last week was a little difficult, correction doesn’t feel good at the time but then God places His loving arms around you and begins to speak. It’s good to be reminded how much we need Him and His word. Have you ever questioned ” Why did God choose me?”

You know God doesn’t see you like I see you, He see’s you from the inside out. He knows your deepest thoughts and concerns, He knows you every hurt or pain. He see’s you in your weakness, He see’s your strength’s. He knows you, He knows your capabilities and your qualities.

God may have chose Moses to lead because he was humble, faithful and obedient.
He see’s the heart and He knows you have what it takes to finish the race set before you. He knows you trust Him with everything. He knows when you fall, you will get back up and keep trying. He knows you won’t give up but you will endure until there’s victory.

God may have chose David because He knew there was strength, courage and determination in his spirit.
He may see those qualities in you. The battle may be hot and heavy, the giant may seem threatening. But he knows you are willing to storm the enemy’s territory with the sword of the spirit and declare the victory in the Name of the Lord God Almighty.

God may have chose Naomi because he knew she had compassion and would do whatever it took to be redeemed.
He may have put people in your path who only see defeat to encourage them to stand with them, to urge them to keep going until they see redemption.

God may have chose Habakkuk to write the vision because he had a holy fear of the Lord, he trusted and reverenced God.
He may have given you the vision because he see’s your faithfulness to see it fulfilled. He knows you will keep praying, keep striving, keep believing until you see His glory.

God may have chose Esther because of her willingness to confront fear, her boldness saved her people.
He may see that same boldness in you. You may be in the midst of an unbelieving family, a group of co-workers, or close friends. But God will give you what it takes to shine for Him. This scripture fits well in Matthew Ch 5. 14“You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. 15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.

We know God chose His Son Jesus because He was willing to give it ALL. He layed down His precious life for you and I. God has gifts that is freely given to each of us, it’s time to embrace them, step out in faith and allow God to use us. You were chosen because God knows you from the inside out and He loves what He see’s. He has confidence in your abilities. Allow God to work in and through you. This reminds that the same power that Jesus has lives in you and I.
Hillsong has a song “You are here ( Same Power)” here are the powerful lyrics.

The same power that conquered the grave lives in me, lives in me.
Your love that rescued the earth lives in me, lives in me.
The same power that conquered the grave lives in me, lives in me.
Your love that rescued the earth lives in me, lives in me.

What more can I say than that? That same power lives and breathes in us. It can also work through us if we allow it. I will leave you this powerful scripture to reflect on. What better thing to leave you with but what Jesus said himself. All I can say is “I recieve it, grant it Lord in Jesus Name! ”
John 14:12-14

New International Version (NIV)

12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

Matthew Henry says this.

“We must not say, I am nothing, therefore I will sit still, and do nothing; but, I am nothing in myself, and therefore I will lay out myself to the utmost, in the strength of the grace of Christ. Whatever our gifts or situations may be, let us try to employ ourselves humbly, diligently, cheerfully, and in simplicity; not

seeking our own credit or profit, but the good of many, for this world and that which is to come.”

In Christ,
